Ferrosilicon is a ferroalloy composed of iron and silicon. Ferrosilicon is an iron-silicon alloy made of coke, steel scrap, quartz(or silica) as raw materials and smelted in an electric furnace. Because silicon and oxygen can be easily synthesized into silicon dioxide, ferrosilicon is often used in steelmaking as a deoxidizer, while the generation of SiO2 due to the release of a large amount of heat, in the deoxidation at the same time, the temperature of the steel is also beneficial to improve. Ferrosilicon75

Ferrosilicon 75 is widely used in steelmaking and casting. Ferrosilicon alloy is a silver-gray ferrosilicon, which is mainly used as a reproductor and spheroidizer in the foundry industry and as a deoxidizer in the steel industry. Ferrosilicon70 is used as an additive in the ferrous metal production process and imparts certain desirable properties to the alloys produced. Silicon metal with a grade below 97% has a silicon content above 97%; the iron, aluminum and calcium contents are 1.5%, 0.5% and 0.3%.
The particle size of 97% grade silicon metal is 10-50mm, 50-100mm, 10-100mm or other sizes as customer's request.

Silicon carbide includes black silicon carbide and green silicon carbide, among which: black silicon carbide is made of quartz sand, petroleum coke and high-quality silica as the main raw materials, which are smelted at high temperature in a resistance furnace. Its hardness is between corundum and diamond, its mechanical strength is higher than corundum, and it is brittle and sharp. Green silicon carbide is made from petroleum coke and high-quality silica as the main raw material, adding salt as an additive, and smelted at high temperature in a resistance furnace. Its hardness is between corundum and diamond, and its mechanical strength is higher than that of corundum.
